Where do you ship?
We ship only within USA and to Canada (Standard Shipping). If you are interested expedite shipping, please contact us. We may add more countries at later date.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you prefer to pay using PayPal, feel free to use that method. Our website is secure so you can have peace of mind when you shop. We also provide local pick-up in Greenville, SC and Marietta, GA. Please email us for pick up appointments.
What currency are your prices?
All prices quoted on this website are in USD, Unless otherwise specifically mentioned and agreed by us, final total for purchase is payable in USD.
What are your Shipping charges? What is your standard delivery time?
We ship anywhere in contiguous US for free for orders over $49. Charges for Hawaii & Alaska is based on actual charges by USPS. If customer needs overnight or expedited shipping, actual charges will be payable by customer. We will provide you tracking number once available.For orders less than $49, shipping charge of $6.99 per order applies.
We ship to all province and territories in Canada via USPS standard at subsidized shipping charge of $24.99 for all orders over $99. Shipping charge of $39.99 applies for orders under $99. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times anywhere in Canada as shipment could be potentially held by customs and additional duties may be levied. This extra duties, clearing charges or additional expense need to be paid by the customer. We cannot be held liable for any such expense or delivery delays.
Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere outside US or Canada at this time.
How do I track my order?
Automated email with tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped. All orders are sent by USPS Standard and shipping times as defined by USPS & updated by them apply, If you have paid for expedited shipping, shipping times as defined by the carrier will apply.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure that our customer get what they want and fully satisfied with their purchase. One of the reason that we can offer competitive price is by doing it right the first time. Every product that is received by us is checked thoroughly for any defects, so our customers don’t have to worry about it. We also understand that to establish our credibility with our new customers, we are offering a return policy for first time purchase. If you are a first time buyer, and if you don't like the product for any reason, you can return the product within 48 hours and we will refund your money.
Are your product pictures photo-shopped?
We do not photo-shop any of our pictures. We strongly believe that you deserve to know proper color, texture and shade of any product that you are interested in. The only editing done after taking a picture is may be to crop it to resize it. We do not edit color, increase or decrease lighting, or add any kind of special effects. While the actual shade of the product may be a little different from product color as shown on our website, we take every care to make sure that you feel closest to your product when you shop with us.
What is Pricing error?
Benarasboutique reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, even after you've received the order confirmation or shipping notice from us. Benaras Boutique will refund you if you are charged for such orders..
